Discover Artistic Swimming in a Safe and Fun Way!

AquaStART is a beginner-friendly program delivered by Artistic Swimming NSW, designed to give children and adults the chance to explore artistic swimming while developing essential water safety and movement skills.

Led by experienced and accredited coaches, AquaStART combines fun, creativity, and safety in the water. Participants will learn basic artistic swimming techniques, improve water confidence, and enjoy new ways of moving in the pool — whether they continue into artistic swimming or simply apply their skills to other aquatic activities.

Program Objectives

Provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming introduction to artistic swimming in NSW
Support personal growth, achievement, and water confidence
Encourage lifelong enjoyment of aquatic sports and a love of being in the water

Program Information

Beginner-friendly, focused on fun, participation, and skill development
Open to children 6 years and older who can swim 25m freestyle confidently
Programs available:
- 1-Day “Come & Try” class (Free)
- 5-week block program ($50)
